is the goal at NORCOR to provide a safe
and secure environment for
the incarceration of juvenile offenders to assure community safety,
accountability and reformation.
- This facility operates an
education program designed to access the individual learning needs of
adults and juveniles.
- There are 32 beds available for
juvenile offenders.
